Stoke FD Forum Focuses On Digital Transformation

Senior finance professionals from across the region gained a fascinating insight into the world of digital transformation at the latest Dains Stoke FD Forum.

Over 25 finance directors attended the event at the Stoke-on-Trent Moat House Hotel, hosted by Fiona Hawkins, Managing Director of award-winning integrated marketing agency, Plinkfizz.

Fiona shared real life case studies, research and tools of the trade to help businesses transform their strategic marketing activity in today’s digital age.

She discussed how much businesses should invest in marketing, highlighted the areas that businesses could focus on and explained how organisations can deliver a return on investment from their marketing budget.

Senior finance figures from companies including Phoenix Cellular, Don-Bur Ltd and Langley Alloys Ltd all attended the breakfast event.

The quarterly seminar, which has grown considerably since it was first launched, is relevant for all businesses ranging from dynamic Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) with ambitious plans for growth to Public Limited Companies (plc’s).

Julia Peat, Business Development Manager at Dains Stoke, co-ordinates the FD forums.

Attendees enjoyed refreshments on arrival at the event which took place in the Earl of Granville suite at the Moat House Hotel.

The next FD forum will take place at the Moat House Hotel, Stoke-on-Trent on Thursday 2nd April, 2020.
