She was part of the founding team at Consilium in 2013, later gaining senior experience in industry before returning to the firm in 2021 as Finance and Operations Director. In early 2025, Susan was part of the partner group that led Consilium into the Dains Group.

This investment in leadership is mirrored in Ireland, where Áine Farrelly has recently been appointed Regional Finance Director, further reinforcing Dains’ vision to build a market-leading advisory firm across the UK and Ireland.
