The breakfast gives professionals the opportunity to talk about business matters and topical subjects and network with each other in a relaxed setting.

Businesses were able to network at the Dains business breakfast

Dains Accountants Business Development Director Daran Harding hosted the event and attendees enjoyed a full English breakfast on arrival.

At each session, attendees answer a series of general knowledge questions and the winners for each previous quarter are announced at every breakfast meeting.

Dains Audit Director Simon Hawkins won the October -January quarter while Mark Inskip, Regional Finance Planning Manager at Brewin Dolphin was crowned as the overall winner for 2019 and won a £200 voucher.

Julia Peat, Business Development Manager at Dains Stoke, said: “It was a pleasure to welcome professionals to our latest Business Breakfast event which was well attended and the first networking session of the new year.

“These events are a good opportunity for businesses to step away from their normal workplace environment at the start of the working day and share ideas and best practice with like-minded professionals.

“We have a wide cross-section of businesses which attend our events but it’s always pleasing to see new faces attending from across the Staffordshire business community.”

The next Business Breakfast takes place at Newcastle-under-Lyme Golf Club on Thursday 31st March, 2020.
