Dains has appointed Louise Balloch as Payroll Director for Scotland, further enhancing the firm’s specialist payroll and people advisory services across the UK.
CIPP-qualified and bringing nearly 20 years of payroll experience, Balloch has spent over a decade leading high-performing teams and delivering complex payroll system migrations.
Her background includes a senior leadership role within Rewards and Benefits at one of the UK’s leading bakery groups, where she developed a deep understanding of total reward strategies and employee engagement.
Balloch is recognised for transforming teams into high-functioning professional operations through clear vision, structured leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
In her new role, Balloch will support Dains’ national payroll offering and collaborate closely with teams to enhance operational efficiency, client experience and service innovation.
