Record Year Sets Dains Up For Exciting Future
Dains Accountants has underlined its continued growth by announcing a golden year for the company.

The firm, which has a wide and diverse client base throughout the Midlands, is celebrating achievement in 2018-19 across all areas of the business.
A record turnover and increase in profits of 60% was just one of many highlights for the people-focused company which prides itself on quality, service and value for money.
As the company accounts were published showing an 18% increase in revenue for the year, there are many other equally valuable achievements to report including work with clients, community engagement, charity activities and new proposition developments.
The firm is at the cutting edge of VAT and employment related tax advice and the company’s corporate and personal tax service continues to go from strength-to-strength.
During the past 12 months, additional new services have been extended to the client base which include the Assurance Plus+ Service - helping businesses to manage risk effectively and protect themselves against financial crime.
In 2018-19, 53 new staff joined the business and seven graduates were welcomed on board to the expanding Dains team which has offices in Birmingham, Lichfield, Burton, Derby and Stoke-on-Trent.
The firm also achieved the prestigious Investors in People Gold Standard which recognises the company’s commitment to people and the key role they play at the heart of the company’s success.
Richard McNeilly, Managing Partner of Dains Accountants, is delighted with the past financial year which he feels reflects the excellent relationships with clients and the company’s approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
Richard said: “We value our clients and our clients value what we do, so our own success is tangible with client success.

Richard heaped praise on Dains staff who have all contributed to, and embraced, the company’s success and growth.

“In recognition of this, staff received profit related bonuses and are also benefiting from flexible smart working and other incentives such as enhanced holiday packages.”
Richard is excited about the business going forward during this next financial year and in the future.
He added: “At Dains we never just stand still. We are constantly looking to evolve, build on our achievements and take the company to the next level.
“A pilot scheme for Saturday opening times and extended hours is just one of several new initiatives we will be piloting so our clients have support outside the working week as and when they need it.
“Our clients continue to be at the forefront of everything we do and we look forward to them continuing to be part of our exciting Dains journey.”
