These can be dealt with by phone or email and we promise a response within 24 hours.Our basis of charges is as follows:

• Customs Helpline £65 for the first half hour
• Customs Helpline reduced rate of £150 per hour or part thereof 
• VAT & Customs Helpline - rate capped at £250 per hour
• Discounted consultancy fees
• Fixed fees for any work agreed
