Dains provide financial due diligence to RBS

Directors Stuart Milton, Jon Erskine and Pete Silcox have led the MBO for Dudley-based Metallisation Ltd, with financial backing provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Having formed in 1922, Metallisation Ltd has experienced great success, both technologically and financially, growing into a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of specialist metal spraying and consumables worldwide. The specialist thermal spray equipment is used for a variety of applications including engineering coatings and corrosion protection, selling in over 70 countries worldwide. In recent years, Metallisation has grown its business both nationally and internationally and now has in excess of 75 per cent of its business overseas.

Dains provided financial due diligence to RBS on the transaction.
