What our client said
“I was very satisfied with the FDD exercise performed by the Dains transactional services team on behalf of the Bank in support of senior debt facilities provided in respect of the MBO we supported. The team (Rob Wilson, Roy Farmer) conducted the process professionally, with a good quality output focussing on key areas of potential risk. The report was thorough and was completed within the requested timescales - we were very satisfied with the overall level of service received.”

What we said
Rob Wilson of Dains Corporate Finance said: “This was our second due diligence assignment for RBS recently and continued our relationship with the bank. The due diligence process went smoothly with the help of BDO assisting the management team. The investment made by RBS should help to continue the growing reputation of Metallisation and allow them to continue to be a major player in the metal spraying market.”
