Dains advise on sale of Derby-based insurance company Bell & Co
Derby-based insurance company Bell & Co has been acquired by Kent-based national insurance brokerage firm Aston Scott Group. The Bell & Co brand will be retained and the existing board of directors, led by Richard Salt, will continue to manage the business and become a Midlands hub for the group to focus on further acquisitions in the region.
Bell & Co has been providing expert, impartial insurance advice, policies and risk management solutions to corporate and private clients for over 35 years. Bell & Co provide expertise in Health & Safety, Employment Law, Professional Indemnity and all types of Business and Personal Insurance.
Richard Salt and his fellow shareholders were advised on the sale by Jenny Moore & Roy Farmer of Dains Corporate Finance and Martyn Brierley of Flint Bishop.
