Dains Corporate Finance provides due diligence services on Gap Personnel Holdings Limited acquisition

The Dains Corporate Finance team has recently performed financial due diligence on Absolute Recruitment Limited, Bralin Recruitment Limited, Absolute Health and Care limited and Absolute commercial Limited for the purpose of the acquisition of these companies by Gap Personnel Holdings Limited.

In February 2023 Gap Personnel acquired a 60% stake in Absolute Solutions Group in a partnership that will accelerate both firms’ growth strategies. The deal will see the two firms team up to utilise each other’s technologies, experience and infrastructure to better serve customers and expand their reach within the UK recruitment market.

Absolute Solutions Group, which includes Absolute Recruitment, Absolute Commercial, Absolute Health and Care and Winsford-based Bralin Recruitment, has a large blue chip customer base across Cheshire and Staffordshire along with a long-standing and highly experienced team who operate from branches in Crewe and Winsford.

Absolute Commercial is a Crewe based recruitment company that specialises in commercial and technical recruitment cross the Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire area. Absolute Commercial specialise in placing skilled workers in permanent positions and also supply temporary workers.

Absolute Recruitment is a Crewe based recruitment company that specialises in the recruitment for both temporary and permanent vacancies across the Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire area.

Absolute Health and Care specialise in the recruitment for the healthcare industry for both temporary and permanent vacancies in Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire.

Bralin Recruitment is a Winsford based recruitment company that specialises in the recruitment for both temporary and permanent vacancies within the Winsford and mid-Cheshire area.
