Peter joined Dains as M&A Director in March 2024. His previous experience includes In-House M&A, Integration and Finance Director roles in plc’s and private equity backed businesses undergoing change and growth in various sectors including manufacturing, distribution and professional services.
These roles followed nine years of working for KPMG, primarily in Corporate Finance.
Having sold, acquired, integrated and been in businesses that have been acquired, Peter understands the dynamics of M&A transactions for stakeholders which helps inform his collaborative approach. Peter’s role is to continue and accelerate Dains’ inorganic growth strategy, through selective acquisitions focused on high quality businesses with strong strategic and cultural fit.
Peter enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children, travelling, enjoying the great outdoors and playing and watching various sports.
