Brendan is a chartered accountant with five years post qualified experience and over two years working in corporate finance.
He specialises in buy-side transactions, including financial due diligence but also assists with finance raising and general transaction support. Brendan’s work is sector agnostic, and he is keen to support a wide range of clients maximise their value.
Brendan joined Dains in May 2023, having previously worked for Hazlewoods and a Big 4 firm. During this time, he built a specialism in the health and care sector including education and dentistry.
He has conducted financial due diligence on large and small transactions, working on behalf of private equity, banks, other debt providers, and corporate clients.
Brendan enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two cats, travelling and sports including football, golf and snowboarding.
