Kate has joined Dains as an Employment Services Manager, with a specific specialism in Employment Status having spent the previous 20 years working with clients of all sizes to support them with their employment status needs; in particular, helping clients prepare for the Off-Payroll Reforms in the Public and Private sector.
Kate’s approach to employment status is to provide workable suggestions and solutions to potential risks in engaging workers, which can be implemented from a practical and operational level.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
