We’re on the lookout for an Administrator to join our team in Rugby on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will develop service line knowledge to deliver effective administrative support to our Private Client Team while contributing to the efficient operation of the team.

Your Role

  • Accurate production of letters, bound documents, meeting notes, reports, tax packs, and any other required documents using appropriate software

  • Work with relevant Partner(s), Director(s), and Manager(s) to identify non-chargeable activities that can be delegated. These include, but are not limited to: filing emails, document management support, payment on account and balance payment reminders, and collating details to assist in onboarding new clients

  • Assist with debtor and WIP management

  • Internal trust management system creation and updating

  • Maintain an efficient service line filing and archiving system, ensuring compliance with Dains' data protection guidelines

Attributes

  • Excellent understanding of Outlook and any other packages relevant to the role

  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word and familiarity with other Microsoft software, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to understand and/or learn how to use the telecommunications system.

  • Accurate keyboard skills and the ability to proofread work undertaken

  • A willingness to attend courses from time to time to enhance your capacity to fulfil your role
