With over 25 years working in tax, mostly at Top 20 practices, and including more than 15 years specialising in Employment Tax James has a wealth of experience of all the issues employers encounter.
Working with a diverse array of clients, from very small owner managed businesses to large multi-national corporations, James enjoys combining a very technical approach with the practical application clients require to advise on issues covering the whole range of employer compliance and planning. This can include supporting with HMRC compliance reviews to get the best outcome for clients, providing our own review of employers systems and procedures to maximise risk management and use of existing tax and NIC exemptions or design and implementation of efficient remuneration systems.
When not at work James likes spending time with his family, reading and taking a very long time to get round a golf course.
