Thursday 13 May 2010 -
Dains are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Hargate to Audit Partner. This is the second senior engagement Dains has made in the last three months and is indicative of their continued growth as the Firm strengthens its position for the future.
Mark joined Dains as Audit Director in November 2008 and has two decades of experience in both SME and AIM listed company audit and transaction work. Mark has been instrumental in the Firms continued growth despite the harsh economic climate.
Mark will continue working with clients in a variety of industries and supporting businesses through the upturn will remain a significant part of his activity. Mark will maintain his focus on the corporate market across the Midlands.
Spencer Wright Chief Executive at Dains commented: "These are challenging times for businesses so I am very pleased that we continue to attract and develop top talent in order to provide our clients with the highest quality support and advice. Mark’s extensive knowledge and experience will be put to good use and I am delighted to recognise the contribution he has made to the Firm with his move to Partnership."
Mark Hargate said: “I am delighted to take on the role of Partner whilst continuing to head up our growing Audit department in the Midlands. I look forward to contributing to Dains’ continued success.”
