Steve Rogers, Director of Accounts at Dains is celebrating after completing 20 years service with the local firm of chartered accountants and business advisers. Steve heads into his third decade with the organisation after starting work there as a trainee in 1989.
Steve is one of six employees who will complete their 20 years of service this year. He comments: “We have all been witness to many changes over the years, not least the phenomenal rate of regulatory changes. Dains has always been a visionary organisation and its organic growth through inspirational leadership has kept us all dedicated to the firm and the exceptional service offering we aim to deliver. ”
Steve concludes: “I can’t believe how quickly the time has passed. The technology has moved on but most of the people haven’t - which just shows what a great team we are. Dains has consistently invested in my career path, I started as a trainee all those years ago and through the support, encouragement and training offered by the firm I have been able to attain my career goals.”
