Dains moves forward with expansion of Corporate Finance team...

Dains has continued the expansion of its Midlands offices with a new addition to the Corporate Finance team.

With recent success at the Dealmaker’s awards where Dains won the Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year, the firm continues to grow its Corporate Finance offering and has appointed Holly Clarke as Corporate Finance Manager.

Holly brings significant experience of corporate finance in the retail sector having been responsible for mergers and acquisitions for the Midlands Cooperative. During her time with the Society they acquired a number of businesses notably in the funeral and convenience sector. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a corporate finance boutique in Birmingham.

In her new role, Holly will focus on helping local companies with business disposals, raising finance and acquisitions, including advising on management buyouts.

Commenting on Holly’s appointment, Head of Corporate Finance, Simon Bursell, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Holly to Dains. We have enjoyed a fantastic year and continue to build a strong pipeline of work. We will shortly be announcing further deal completions and appointments to the team.”
