As you can appreciate a good tax advisor will require different skills to a good auditor, therefore the training package is tailored to the business area in which a career is chosen. However, many skills used in each business area are transferable and something that sets us apart from our competitors is our willingness to allow trainees to transfer between departments as their career develops.

Work Experience
In addition to full time employment the firm has also committed to taking under-graduates on summer placements and gap years. This gives both the under-graduate and us a unique opportunity to see how each other works, and develop a relationship which on completion of the work experience may lead to a job offer.
The training provided during work experience is exactly the same as that which is provided to a full time graduate employee. So not only does it give a competitive advantage to the participants in the graduate market, it also provides an opportunity to earn some much needed cash to ease the burden of student loans!
