This is carried by reviewing the books & records and speaking with the directors/shareholders and can be in the form of a written report or a verbal presentation.

Our Insolvency Practitioners have realistic views on the values of assets if the company were to cease to trade and are aware of the legal obligations which will need to be complied with and potential offences under The Insolvency Act which may be being committed.
